As a first-year principal, ElevatED was one of the first organizations to invest in my leadership development, and that support made a meaningful difference throughout my inaugural year. Their Summer Leadership Retreat provided practical, relevant learning that helped me identify my priorities for launching my administration while also challenging me to think strategically about the systems, relationships, and instructional practices that would require ongoing attention and growth.
